The START NETWORK
Since its foundation in 1996, the START Global Network has become Europe’s leading student-run initiative for Entrepreneurship and Technology. Hundreds of active members are spread across 20+ chapters, incl. St. Gallen, Paris, Barcelona, Munich and Helsinki. The selected and strongly connected talent community benefits from direct access to an international startup and venture capital ecosystem.
Among START alumni and active members are inspiring startup founders and investors - Y Combinator teams, several tech unicorns, and leading European VC funds. Once a year, the entire START community meets at the START SUMMIT, the world's largest student-run conference with 7K visitors - backed by partners like Google, Microsoft, Forbes, and B2Ventures.
START Berlin
We are a group of international students connecting Berlin's most ambitious students with the startup and VC ecosystem. We foster a community of selected individuals accelerating their entrepreneurial career through workshops (e.g., How to Venture Capital, Product-Market-Fit, Raising a Fund), ecosystem visits (e.g., Hamburg, Amsterdam, Stockholm), and events.
